Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription charge.
- Refunds only apply to the first billing cycle. Renewal payments are not eligible for a refund.
- To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account email address.
Paddle.com Integration
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All refund processing is handled securely through Paddle's platform. Once a refund is approved by us, Paddle will process it and credit the funds back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
